Repair
Hopper
1. Disconnect power to the unit. See Power Discon-
nect, page 15.
2. Remove screws (3) and display panel (11). See Dis-
play (Keypad) Replacement Procedure, page 19
3. Disconnect sensor wires (18) from hopper control
board (80).
BROWN
4. Loosen strain relief and remove wire from control
panel area.
5. Loosen wire clamp. Wire to be removed from corru-
gated sleeving.

6. Remove screws (19) holding accelerometer (18) to
hopper parts feed tray (7).
7. Replace accelerometer (18) tighten screws (19) to
25-30 in-lbs.
8. Replace wire. Ensure wire is routed in protective
sleeving through strain relief.
9. Attach wire to hopper control board.

10. Tighten strain relief.
11. Replace display panel and screws.
