Electromagnet and Armature
Spacing
The spacing between the electromagnet and armature
must be .090 in.
1. To adjust, loosen the two bolts on the electromagnet
mount and adjust to appropriate spacing.
2. Retighten the two bolts and torque to 150±10 in-lb.
3. If a spacing adjustment has been made to the elec-
tromagnet and armature, perform an Auto Scan,
page 7.

Spring Replacement

1. Remove screws (44) holding spring pack (30, 24,
26, 25).
2. Remove and replace spring pack, replace screws -
hand tighten only.
3. Level table front to back and left to right with other
table half. Ensure proper spacing between the two
halves of the part table.
4. Torque spring mounting screws to 140-160 in-lbs.
5. Perform Auto Scan, see page 7.
Hopper
1. Remove screws (10) holding spring pack (9, 6, 8).
2. Remove and replace spring pack, replace screws -
torque to 190-210 in-lbs.
