Changing a calendar
Changing the date
When you've just entered calendar mode, the date for the day is displayed highlighted in reverse
video.
Press the arrow keys [←] or [→] to move the highlighted selection one day forward or backward.
Press the arrow keys [↑] or [↓] to move the highlighted selection one week forward or backward.
The calendar for the previous or next month is displayed, if necessary.
Changing the month
Press the [Z] key (-M) to display a calendar for the previous month. Press the [X] key (+M) to display
a calendar for the next month.
The highlighted date will not change in either case.
However, if the corresponding date does not exist in the previous or the next month, the next closest
date is highlighted. (Example: When you press the [X] key at 1999/1/31, the calendar changes to
1999/2/28.)
Changing the year
Press the [A] key (-Y) to display a calendar for the same month of the previous year.
Press the [S] key (+Y) to display a calendar for the same month of the following year.
The highlighted date does not change in either case.
However, if the corresponding date does not exist in the previous or following year, the next closest
date is highlighted. (Example: When you press the [A] key at 2000/2/29, the calendar changes to
1999/2/28.)
The calendar is capable of displaying dates from January 1, 1900 to December 31, 2099. Pressing keys to
display the year 1899 will display 2099 instead; pressing keys to display the year 2100 will display the
year 1900.
To quit calendar mode, press the [Mode] key to return to the top menu.
