Restore the device polling setting files.
This restoration is unnecessary for the files which have not been backed up.
Copy the files from the backup location.
cp -p $BAK_DIR/etc/opt/FJSVssmgr/current/devicepolling/*.xml /etc/opt/FJSVssmgr/current/

Customization of the Polling Service Setting file is executed again.
This restoration is unnecessary for the files which have not been backed up.
Refer to "Polling Service Setting File" of the ETERNUS SF Storage Cruiser Operation Guide and customize the Polling Service Setting
file for the use of this version level. For the contents of customization, refer to the Polling Service Setting file for the use of the
previous version shown below.

Execute the following shell script to start ETERNUS SF Manager services.

Environment (for Cluster Environment)
For cluster environment, follow the procedure below to restore the environment for the Storage Cruiser's manager.
1.
Stop all cluster transaction to which the Manager belongs.
Refer to "Cluster Transaction and Local Transaction" in the ETERNUS SF Cluster Environment Setup Guide for details of cluster
transaction.
2.
Mount the shared disk on the primary node.
3.
Perform and step 2 to 7 of

Unmount the shared disk mounted in step 2.
5.
Start all cluster transactions to which the Manager belongs.

Capacity Necessary for Backup of Previous Version

The formula for estimation of the capacity required in order to backup a previous version is listed below.
According to the number of registered storage devices, servers, switches and users (number of user accounts) using Web Console, add
the following capacity:
Capacity (MB) = 125 + devicesToBeManaged * 4.1 + users
According to the number of registered storage devices add the total of the following capacity to the abovementioned capacity:

When using an ETERNUS DX80 S2/DX90 S2 (firmware version V10L40 or later)
Capacity (MB) = devicesToBeManaged * 4

When using an ETERNUS DX400 S2 series (firmware version V10L40 or later)
Capacity (MB) = devicesToBeManaged * 6

When using an ETERNUS DX8000 S2 series (firmware version V10L40 or later)
