Perform the following steps to remove the backplane:
1 Disconnect the two fan connectors and the speaker con-
nector by pushing in on the connectors locking tab and
pulling the connector, as shown in Figure 48.

2 Pull the fan and speaker cables out of the slots in the
backplane and fan shroud and move them so that they are
away from the backplane.
