1 Setting Up and Using Your PC
Starting Your PC for the First Time
Use the FDISK utility to partition the hard disk drive into the size of partition
you require.
For more information on FDISK, refer to your operating system's
documentation.
Using the Disk Administrator Utility (Windows NT4)
Use the Disk Administrator utility to partition the hard disk drive into
the size and type of partition (either standard or secure) you require.
To start Disk Administrator, select
Start Programs Administrative Tools

Stopping Your PC

To stop the PC, first make sure that you have exited all applications
and then use your operating system's shut down command in the
Start menu.
