Errors and Solutions

Switch on the key switch, motor does not work

Possible Reasons
1. Discharge wire loose.
2. Throttle control connector falls off.
3. Motor wires loose or fall off.
4. The brake lever does not return or the brake sensor
fails.
Failure of throttle control or reach to the top speed

Possible Reasons
Low battery voltage.
Failure of throttle control.
About short range
•
Possible Reasons
Low tire pressure.
Battery pack is not fully charged.
Charger failure.
Battery pack got ageing by long time use or damaged. Replace a new battery pack.
The ground with many slopes, and ride against the
wind.
Frequently twist the throttle for quick acceleration and
deceleration, or overloading.
Charger does not charge the battery pack

Possible Reasons
The plug of the charger is loose or falls off.
Solutions
Properly fix the discharge wire connection.
Properly plug the connector.
Reconnect the motor wires properly.
Inspect the brake lever and brake sensor, solve the
problem by repair or replace the relative parts.
Solutions
Fully charge the battery.
Contact the local dealer to replace the throttle control.
Solutions
Inflate the tire to the proper pressure.
Fully charge the battery pack.
Repair or replace the charger.
It's normal that the range will reduce in such a riding
environment.
A good riding habit can help you to get a longer range
for one charge.
