T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G
You can often easily eliminate issues that may occur on your own. Before
calling customer service, take into account the following information.
WARNING
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Improper repairs are dangerous. Only an authorized servicer provider
may perform repairs and may replace damaged connecting leads.
Remove the fuse or deactivate the breaker in the fuse box or breaker box
if the appliance is damaged. Call Customer Service.
Disruption

• Duct length too long, too many elbows,
"back to back" elbows, or too small roof or
wall cap, will all cause issues with air draw.
Fault tone
• Two short beeps will sound whenever
the pressing of a button by the user results in
a possible function that is not possible by
the system.
The beep tone can be disabled by pressing the
FILTER and LIGHTS buttons simultaneously for at
least 3 seconds. Pressing the FILTER and LIGHTS
buttons simultaneously when the beep sound is
turned off will turn on the beep sound.
