drives in the expansion
base and are trying to
play an audio (music)
CD on one of them.
Probable Cause
Diskette drive is not
installed properly.
Real mode device drivers
have not been loaded.

Solution(s)
Open the CD loading tray,
lay the compact disc in
it (label side up), then
close the tray.
Shut down the computer,
remove and reinsert the
drive, then turn on the
computer.
Shut down computer; then
turn it on again. The
drive is initialized
during power up.
Shut down the computer
and remove one of the
CD-ROM drives from the
expansion base. If two
CD-ROM drives are in the
expansion base, neither
can play audio (music)
CDs.
