SYMPTOM
Bed section does not move
Full Electric Bed: Hi/Lo function
does not work

PROBABLE CAUSE
End of stroke reached
Bed not plugged in
Pendant not functioning
Cables
Household fuse or breaker blown
Motors are not functioning
DEALER SOLUTION
Operate opposite button.
Ensure power cord is plugged into
power source.
Ensure Pendant correctly
connected to junction box.
Ensure Pendant cable is not
entangled/pinched.
Ensure motor cable(s) correctly
connected.
Ensure cables are not
entangled/pinched.
Call the dealer for
repair/replacement of cables
and/or motors.
Check household fuse/breaker
box.
Call dealer.
Troubleshooting
USER SOLUTION
Operate opposite button.
Ensure power cord is plugged into
power source.
Ensure Pendant correctly
connected to junction box.
Ensure Pendant cable is not
entangled/pinched.
Ensure cables are not
entangled/pinched.
Call the dealer for
repair/replacement of cables
and/or motors.
Check household fuse/breaker
box.
Call dealer.
