All gas joints disturbed during servicing must be checked for leaks. Check with a soap and water solution (bubbles).

    V-SERIES HEAVY DUTY BROILERS, DOUBLE DECK AND RANGE MATCH MODELS - TROUBLESHOOTING INFRARED BURNER NOTE: Grease laden air is detrimental to the life of the Infrared burner. If a technician sees a broiler with Infrared burner mounted in a location close to a fryer or charbroiler, please recommend to the customer to move the broiler away from the grease laden air source to prolong the life of the Infrared burner.
