Check Out a Room
Select . Checkout will be completed with a printout of the room

ing' unless the system is programmed for automatic cleaning.
Set a Room On Hold
Select . The room status is set to 'On Hold' and the room

charges are not incremented until the status flag is changed again.
Print a Room Bill
Select to print out the room bill without checking out the room.
PRINT
The room remains in 'Occupied' status and charges continue to ac-
crue on the bill.
n PHONE BILL OPTION
This option prints phone bills for selected rooms. A further option al-
lows you to print a phone bill if requested by a guest, and then de-
lete the charges from the room bill. This is useful if the guest wishes
to pay for phone calls separately from the room bill.
