Hotel User Guide
STAFF LOCATION
This feature allows you to quickly see in which rooms staff members
are located. To work correctly:
•
you need a special
tor's phone;
•
the Administrator's phone requires a dedicated key for each
room, and you may therefore need more than one add-on mod-
ule (
) depending on the number of rooms;

each guest-room phone should have a programmed
key, or an
system;
•
staff will require their own codes in order to register their location
using guest-room phones.

Registering Your Location via the Guest-Room Phone
1. Press the

and the display returns to normal.
