Accessing the firebox

The logs, battery box, door latch tool, and other necessary components are packed inside the firebox. To access
these items, follow the directions below.
The glass frame is held in
place with four latches.
REPLACING THE GLASS
Slide the glass into place and secure the four latches.
NOTE: Replace the glass, glass frame cover and dust cover after accessing the firebox to prevent dust from
entering the firebox.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON REMOVING THE FIREPLACE FROM THE PALLET
The fireplace is secured to the pallet with screws (the screws go through brackets at each corner). After removing
the screws, lift the fireplace off the pallet. TAKE CARE TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE STANDOFFS
ATTACHED BELOW THE BASE OF THE FIREPLACE.

Lift and remove the glass frame
cover. Four hooks on the sides of
the coverhold it in place.
These tabs insert over posts
on the fireplace and help
guide the glass into place.
Use a pair of needle-nose pliers to pull the
latch forward and away from the glass frame.
