Possible Causes
• mechanical failure of valve
• failure of valve actuator
• incorrect signal sent by 4U1 (ASM) module
• failure of one or both of the pressure transducers
• incorrect power supply
• loose connections
• noise on signal line
• potentiometer loose on 4U1 module (tighten set screws)
• system water pressure incorrect
• factory settings on valve actuator need to be adjusted
• incorrect signal
• improper adjustment to the Zero/Span settings on the valve actuator
• loose connections
