10 Pneumatic circuit diagram
10.1 General data
WARNING
Danger potential energy and moving parts. The use of a Safety quick-exhaust
valve (soft-start and quick exhaust valve) PL(d) is mandatory but may not
be in scope of supply of Qimarox.

Set pressure build-up soft-start valve to: ±3s.
The pneumatic diagrams show the following situation: the stack of pallets rests on a conveyor
or surface with the vertical carrier in the mid position and the forks in the pallet stack. This is
the standard situation when stacking and de-stacking pallets.
Air consumption of a standard machine for a pallet capacity of 120 /hour is approximately
1,7m³ (
20°C, 6 bar)
machine.
At a different pallet capacity, the air consumption can be calculated accordingly, or contact
and check with Qimarox.
CAUTION
Safety icons regarding switching off air pressure and venting cylinders need to
be present and clearly visible on all three cylinders. Do not use machine if
icons are not present.
