2. When an empty pallet is required the main lifting cylinder (C) lifts up the vertical carrier (D) and
the stack, except the bottom pallet, to the top position. The bottom pallet stays resting on the
pallet conveyor.
3. Release of the single pallet into the system.
4. The vertical carrier lowers the stack of pallets to the bottom position and onto the pallet
conveyor.
5. The fork cylinder (B) retracts the horizontal carrier (E) with the forks from the stack.
6. The carrier lifts to the original starting position.
7. The forks extend into the stack.
Sensor B7 detects whether there's a pallet still present on the conveyor or not. The
stack should not be put down if this sensor is activated. Otherwise, the stack could tip
over.
Sensor B8 detects whether there are enough pallets still available for the pallet
conveyor system. If not, new pallets should be placed in the machine!
Sensor B3 on the lifting cylinder ensures that the carrier is in its bottom position to
release the pallet.
