The phone plays this message when an
outside caller presses {0} after hearing

L Make sure that the unit is in standby
mode.

Select the desired setting, "AA Day-
OGM", "AA Night-OGM" or "AA Aux-
OGM", then press {MENU/SET}.

To stop playing, press {MENU/SET}
while the Automated Attendant

Recording the Automated
Attendant System greeting
messages
You can record up to 90 seconds of the
Automated Attendant System greeting
messages.
Important:
L Make sure that the unit is in standby
mode.

Press {REC/ERASE ALL}.

Select the desired setting, "AA Day-
OGM", "AA Night-OGM" or "AA Aux-
OGM", then press {MENU/SET}.

Select "Re-Record", then press
{MENU/SET}.

After the unit beeps, speak clearly
about 20 cm (8 inches) away from
the MIC.

To stop recording, press
{MENU/SET}.
L The greeting message is played
back.

Press {REC/ERASE ALL} to return
to standby mode.

L If there is no sound recorded for a
while, recording mode will end.
