 "Extension" will display: Enter the desired 4-digit extension to intercom
 Press Enter soft key
 A tone will play for both you and the destination party to indicate the
intercom call is active. (*Note – If the destination party is on another call you
will simply hear ring).

 Select option 3, "Settings"
 Select option 1, "Basic"
 Select either 2- "Contrast", 3 – "Backlight Intensity", or 4 – "Ring Type"

1) An approved and tested USB storage drive must be attached to the phone's USB
port
2) Do not remove the USB device while your call is recorded.
3) Federal, state, and/or local laws may require to notify some or all called
parties when you record calls. For more information, go to
http://www.rcfp.org/taping/
 During a call press the More soft key, then press the Record soft key.
 To start recording, press the Start soft key ("*R*" appears on the graphic
display while the phone records).
 To pause recording press the Pause soft key ("*P*" appears on the graphic
display when you pause recording). To resume recording press the Resume
soft key.
 To stop recording press the Stop soft key.

 Press the Menu button
 Select option 1 "Features" and then scroll to "Removable Storage Media"
and select it.
 Browse to the desired file and then press the Open soft key. (By default,
filenames are based on the date on which they were recorded).
 Press the Play soft key.
