Introduction

General description

The M5216 ACD telephone set with alphanumeric display and a headset port
has been designed specifically for use with ACD applications. The M5216 is
equipped with:

The alphanumeric display module is mounted at the rear top edge of the
telephone and is hinged so that the viewing angle can be adjusted physically
to reduce glare and maximize the contrast.
The M5216 is partially loop powered and requires the use of a 16 V AC
external power supply.
The M5216 may be equipped with one or two M522 22-button add-on
modules.

may be assigned to features or line appearances
