3. DC charge coil resistance
• Disconnect the DC charge coil 1 leads.
• Connect the pocket tester.
• Measure the DC charge coil resistance.
DC charge coil resistance
Blue-Blue: 0.06 ~ 1.00 Ω
4. Inspect the rectifier continuity
• Disconnect the rectifier 1 leads.
• Connect the pocket tester (Ω × 1).
Check for continuity at following
points:
Pocket tester connecting point
(+) Red (–) Black
Red terminal 2 Blue terminal
Blue terminal 4 Red terminal 2
Red terminal 2 Blue terminal
Blue terminal 5 Red terminal 2
Black terminal 3 Blue terminal 4
Blue terminal 4 Black terminal 3 NO
Blue terminal
Black terminal 3
Blue terminal 5 Black terminal 3 NO
5. Inspect the DC circuit breaker continuity.
• Disconnect the DC circuit breaker 1
leads.
• Connect the pocket tester (Ω × 1).
Continuity:
"RESET" Position a → YES
"POP OUT" Position b → NO
