If You Cannot Unlock the Fuel Fill Door

What to Do If Unable to Unlock the Fuel Fill Door
If you cannot unlock the fuel fill door, use the following procedure.
Release Cord
1. Open the hatch.
2. Pull the strap on the luggage area floor lid
and open the lid.
3. Turn and pull the tab to open the
compartment cover located on the left side
of the luggage area.
4. Pull the release cord toward you.
u The release cord unlocks the fuel fill door
when it is pulled.
