When the brightness of the meter will be
reduced, you can use the brightness control
knob to adjust instrument panel brightness.
Brighten: Turn the knob to the right.
Dim: Turn the knob to the left.
You will hear a beep when the brightness

reaches minimum or maximum. Several

will be returned to the previous display.

By default, the instrument panel switches to night-
time mode when the headlights are automatically
engaged. You can delay the timing of night-time
mode activation when the headlight switch is in
AUTO.

The brightness of the instrument panel will be
reduced when the following conditions:

The ignition switch is in ON

Models with automatic lighting control system

The light switch is in any position other than OFF
and it is dark outside.
Models without automatic lighting control system

The position lights are turned on.

The brightness can be set differently for when the
exterior lights are on, and when they are off.
