Installing NetSpot

NetSpot utility software is used by both system administrators and users.
Perform the NetSpot installation from the Setup Menu of the provided
software CD-ROM.
The procedure below uses the Windows 98 installation as an example.
Note
If the computer is on, switch the computer off before you start this procedure.

Press the Power button to switch the printer on.
After a few seconds "Ready" is displayed in the operation panel and the
Online lamp lights.

Switch the Windows computer on.

Mount the provided software CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive.
First, the language selection screen opens. Select the appropriate language.
The Setup Menu window opens.
Note
If the CD-ROM automatic start function is switched off, double-click the My
Computer icon on the desktop, click the CD-ROM drive icon, and then from the
File menu select AutoPlay.
