10 Install the Software

The software for this printer must installed on your computer before you can
use this printer.

Software for This Printer

The following software applications are prepared for use with this printer.
GARO Printer Driver
Software required for printing from Windows. The printer driver is used not
only for basic operation of the printer, you can also use the driver for many
functions such as setting preferences, adjusting color, and executing multiple
copy print jobs. The printer driver is on the provided software CD-ROM.
Install the printer driver on every computer in use with the printer. (

NetSpot Suite Service
Software required to receive information from the printer. NetSpot Suite
Service is installed automatically when the GARO Printer Driver and
NetSpot are selected for installation from the Setup Menu of the software
CD-ROM. For a printer and computer connection via the USB port, select
NetSpot Suite Service from the Setup Menu of the software CD-ROM. (

NetBIOS/NetBEUI Port Monitor
Software required for printing with Windows Me, Windows 98, and
Windows 95 on a network using NetBEUI protocol. NetBIOS/NetBEUI Port
Monitor must be installed on the Client computers. (
