Fault elimination
Risk of electric shock and fire
Touching live parts may cause electric shock or even death. Damaged charging cables and
connectors can cause a fire.
• The system may only be opened and repaired by the manufacturer, its service
• Follow the five safety rules in the event of damage and faults.
Procedure in the event of a fault
Follow these steps in case of a Wallbox fault:
1. You can find a selection of possible causes of faults in the Error messages (Page 55) section.
2. If you are unable to rectify the fault yourself, contact the operator's service hotline.
Repeating commissioning / logoff from Siemens Device Management
If this is necessary, follow these steps:
1. With the device switched on, delete the link of the Wallbox to the Siemens Device
Management
– in the VersiCharge app under Account > My Charger > Deregister Charger or
– via the Internet (https://versicharge.emobility.siemens.cloud/) under Settings > EV
2. Repeat the above steps for commissioning
