Please check
Is the ice maker used without attaching
the ice tray?
Was the ice tray filled with water when it
was set in the automatic ice maker?
Is there scratch or damage on the ice tray?
After pulling out the frame, was it set back
with water or ice left in the ice tray?
Is the frame pushed in until the end?
Is the ice tray removed without pressing
the "Large ice cube making" button?
Did a power failure occur while the ice
tray is removed?
Cause
Make sure to attach the ice tray when using
the ice maker.

Make sure to empty the ice tray before setting
it in the ice maker.

Use of cleanser or scrub brush could result in
scratch or damage on the ice tray and ice
removing may thereby become difficult.
Do not pull out the frame for any purpose other
than cleaning and replacing the ice tray. Make
sure that the ice tray is empty when setting
back the ice tray after pulling out the frame.

When setting back the frame after pulling it
out, push it in until the end and pull up the
frame lever.

Make sure to press the "stop ice making" button
before removing the ice tray.
