VACUUM COMPARTMENT
Vacuum pump lowers the pressure as well as the oxygen level in the vacuum compartment.
By this feature, oxidation of the nutrients contained in the food is prevented and antioxidant
effect is prolonged.
Food which are suitable for storage
Meat, processed meat
Beef, pork, poultry, ham, sausage etc.
Vegetables, fruits
Vegetable salad, bell pepper, apple, orange, kiwi etc.
Food and container for which care needs to be
taken during storage
Food contained in a sealed bag
The bag may be inflated during storage, which could result
in crushing of other stored foods.
Food which are not suitable for storage
Egg plant, cucumber etc.
The surface of the vegetable may deteriorate
due to low temperature.

The vacuum pump lowers the pressure within the vacuum compartment
to keep at a low oxygen level. Vitamin C cassette prevents oxidation of
food.
Flavor and nutrients of food can be retained by preventing from oxidation.
Prevents fruits, meat and red meat fish from discoloration.
The vacuum effect will not be affected even when the food is wrapped
with plastic wrap.

Plastic airtight container
The lid of the container may become loose or may not
stay in place during storage. Be careful when you take
out the container.
