Problem
Picture is blurred.
Remote control does not work correctly.
The projector cannot find the desired SSID.
The projector cannot connect to the desired
SSID.
Cause
The projection lens is not correctly focused.
The projector and the screen are not
aligned properly.
The batteries are out of power.
There is an obstacle between the remote
control and the projector.
You are too far away from the projector.
The radio frequency of the router is out of
range.
The handshaking between the projector and
the router does not follow IEEE 802.11
protocols.

Remedy
Adjust the focus of the lens using focus key on the
remote control.
Adjust the projection angle and direction as well as the
height of this projector if necessary.
Replace both of the batteries with new ones.
Remove the obstacle.
Stand within 8 meters (26.2 feet) of the projector.
Based on your country, make sure the router's SSID is
set to a channel listed in
Channel settings for routers
on page
77.
• For 2.4G frequency, make sure the wireless mode of
the router is configured as 802.11g/n or 802.11n.
• For 5G frequency, make sure the wireless mode of
the router is configured as 802.11n.
