1. The E5CK-AA1-500 Controller is provided with a Terminal
Cover (E53-COV07). Fasten the Terminal Cover as fol-
lows by using the plastic pin.

In the following wiring diagrams, the left side of the terminal
numbers indicate the inside of the Controller.
