6.7 Change the Media Feed Pressure

When you use rough paper, the machine may feed multiple sheets at the same time, resulting in an error. If
this happens, reduce the media feed pressure using the Paper Feed Adjuster.
Note
• Make sure you always adjust both screws in the same way to avoid uneven paper feeding.
• If needed, use a flat-blade screwdriver to adjust the Paper Feed Adjuster screws.
Open the Paper Feed Adjuster Compartment Cover 1 and turn the Paper Feed Adjuster screws 2
counterclockwise as illustrated.
