6.4.3 Transfer the Foil Only onto the Centre Part of the Sheet (Mid)

Specify the area from the top edge of the sheet that you want to leave blank and then specify the length of
foil you want to transfer.
1 Feed direction
2 Blank area (Skipped)
(This area must not contain any toner-based print)
3 Transfer area
(The foil will be transfered only onto this area)

Press (Foil Save).
The Foil Save Mode settings screen appears on the LCD.

Press ▼ or ▲ to select [Mid] and then press

Press ▼ or ▲ to select the length of the blank area from the top edge of the sheet (between 100 mm
and 1200 mm), and then press
d
Press ▼ or ▲ to select the length of foil you want to transfer after skipping the upper part of the sheet
(between 30 mm and 1100 mm), and then press
e
To exit Foil Save Mode press
f
Press (Start).
