When the error light is flashing, press this button to clear the error and switch the printer to ready status.

    Output tray The output tray is located on the top of the printer. Since printouts are output face-down, this tray is also referred to as the face-down tray. This tray can hold up to 500 sheets. Raise the output paper extending tray to prevent your printouts from slipping off the printer when printing on B4 paper or larger.

    Note: Since the quality of any particular brand or type of media may be changed by the manufacturer at any time, EPSON cannot guarantee the quality of any type of media. Always test samples of media stock before purchasing large quantities or printing large jobs.

    You should only use labels designed for monochrome laser printers or monochrome plain-paper copiers. To prevent the label adhesive from coming into contact with printer parts, always use labels that completely cover the backing sheet, with no gaps between the individual labels.

You can continue to print for a short time after the message appears, but EPSON recommends early replacement to maintain print quality and extend the life of your printer.
