If the whole image or part of the image remains still, the screen will gradually become
darker to reduce image retention. This is a feature to protect the panel, and is not a
malfunction.

If the TV is turned on, the AC power cord (mains lead) is unplugged, or the ambient
temperature falls outside of the range between 10°C and 40°C during the panel refresh,
the process will not complete and this message will appear. Start the procedure again
from the beginning.
Hint
The panel refresh process takes about an hour to finish.
