4. Where the vacuum measures higher than 0.35 bar
(35 kPa), check the filter for contamination and
check the pipe from the heating oil tank to the filter.

For emissions testing, there must be a heat demand
and heat transfer must also be assured.

Check emission values at base load and full load.
For standard values, see following table, page 35.
Select base load/full load:
01. Press OK and
simultaneously for approx. 4 s.

04. "Change?" Select "Yes" and confirm with OK.
The display shows % values for the oil/air ratio.
The burner starts when oil preheating has fin-
ished.
The base load is active approx. 2 minutes after a
flame is established.
Now check the combustion quality of the base
load.
05. Change the value for base load with
Higher value = larger proportion of air
06. Confirm with OK.
07. The full load is active after approx. 40 seconds.
Now check the combustion quality of the full load.
08. Change the value for full load with
Higher value = larger proportion of air
09. Confirm with OK.
Changes only become effective after this.
10. Exit the service level with "Terminate service?".
11. After the adjustment, perform a test to check the
actual emission values.
