The closed- cycle system consists of:

The CryoBay, housing the following:
•
Closed- Cycle Cooler (CCC, helium refrigerator)
•
The CCC assembly contains a Gifford- McMahon
refrigerator, heat exchanger (within a vacuum dewar),
and computer and pneumatic controlled flow control
valves and sensors. A special cryogenic transfer line
mates the CCC to the probe.

Turbo pump system

Ion Pump
•
Temperature Controller
•
Valve Box
•
Control Board
