Closing the heat pump

Please note
Seal the appliance so it is soundproof and diffu-
sion-proof.
Check tightness of internal hydraulic connec-
tions.

Please note
To prevent the formation of condensate and the
excessive development of noise
tightly seal the doors at the front.
Danger
The absence of component earthing can result
in serious injury from electrical current and in
component damage in the event of an electrical
fault.
Remake all earth connections.

Please note
Seal the appliance so it is soundproof and diffu-
sion-proof.
With line entries, ensure the diaphragm grom-
mets on the l.h. side panel are seated correctly.
Seal cable grommets with adhesive tape, if nec-
essary.

1. Prior to closing the heat pump, check the following:
Are all cables inside the wiring chamber securely
attached (strain relief, cable ties)?
Has the programming unit been fitted and con-
nected?
Have all earth conductors been connected?
Have all cable entries/grommets been correctly
applied and sealed against moisture ingress?
Have all hydraulic connections been sealed air-
tight and been insulated with thermal insulation
and vapour diffusion-proof materials?
Have transport brackets been removed?
Are the rear and side panels securely attached?
2. Fit the top panel.
3. Securely close the front panel with an Allen key.
4. Hand over product documentation for service and
Allen key to the qualified contractor.
Note
Work on the refrigerant circuit may only be carried out
by qualified refrigeration engineers. Work on electrical
equipment may only be carried out by qualified electri-
cians.
