Disassemble the rear case of phone.
Connect the Ear-Mic Headset
to the Ear-Mic Socket of phone.
Press the HOOK Button.
Is the status of C305 LOW?
YES
Is the status of R306
lower than 0.1V?
YES
Is the status of R304 HIGH?
YES
U102(DBB) is broken.
Change the board.
