Disassemble the rear case of phone.
Connect the Ear-Mic Headset
to the Ear-Mic Socket of phone.
Press the HOOK Button.
Is the status of
YES
Press the HOOK Button.
Is the status of
HIGH -> LOW?
YES
U103(DBB) is broken.
Change the board.
