Disassemble the rear case of phone.
Connect the Ear-Mic Headset
to the Ear-Mic Socket of phone.
Press the HOOK Button.
Is the status of C303 LOW?
YES
Check the soldering status
Of C303,C312,VA301
YES
U104(DBB) is broken.
Change the board.
LGE Internal Use Only
START

Ear-Mic Headset has a
NO
problem.
Exchange the Ear-Mic
Headset
NO
Re-solder C303,C312,VA301
