Disassemble the rear case of phone.
Connect the Ear-Mic Headset
to the Ear-Mic Socket of phone.
START
Press the HOOK Button.
Is the status of R304 LOW?
YES
Check the soldering status
Of C301,C310,VA301
YES
U104(DBB) is broken.
Change the board.
Ear-Mic Headset has a
NO
problem.
Exchange the Ear-Mic
Headset
NO
Re-solder C301,C310,VA301
