• 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit (default)
• 7 data bits, odd parity, 1 stop bit
• 7 data bits, even parity, 1 stop bit
1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200 (default), or 38400 baud
Four single-pole, single-throw (SPST) relays. Use RS–485 commands to
configure relays. Each relay can be assigned to the Convectron gauge or the
differential pressure sensor.
• In default mode, relays 1 and 3 are assigned to the Convectron gauge,
which indicates vacuum chamber pressure

• Range: 10

• In default mode, relays 2 and 4 are assigned to the differential pressure
sensor, which indicates pressure differential between atmospheric and
vacuum chamber pressures
• Range: –750 to +125 Torr
