Table 4-11 lists default settings for the RS–485 version of the module. After
you've reconfigured the module, you may restore all parameters to their
default values by cycling power to the module or by sending a factory reset
(FAC) command.

• Parity: 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit
• Baud rate: 19.2 kBaud
• Module address: 01
• Setpoint: Activates at 1 x 10
• Activation direction: Relay activates above vacuum chamber pressure setpoint (–)
• State: Deactivated (resets relays 1 and 3 to deactivated state)
• Returning pressure hysteresis: Determined by vacuum chamber pressure
• Setpoint: Activates at 2.50 x 10

• Activation direction: Relay activates above differential pressure setpoint (+)
• State: Deactivated (resets relays 2 and 4 to deactivated state)
