Description
• Pressure range: 1.0 x 10
• Can indicate vacuum chamber pressure measured by Convectron gauge or
differential pressure measured by differential pressure sensor
• Pressure value: two significant digits, 1-digit exponent, and + or – sign for the
exponent, in ±XX±Y format
• If differential pressure is indicated, + or – sign to left of 2-digit window indicates
positive or negative pressure differential, and + or – sign to left of 1-digit
window is for the exponent
• If vacuum chamber pressure is indicated, + or – sign to left of 2-digit window
does not illuminate, and + or – sign to left of 1-digit window is for the exponent
Indicate pressure measurement unit (Pa, mBar, or Torr)
• Setpoint indicators are ON (green) when relays are activated
• Activation state for relays is determined by relay configuration
Once the module is operating, you may use RS–485 commands to perform
the tasks listed in Table 4-3.
