Using your Diverse 2010

with a switchboard

Your Diverse 2010 can be connected to
all compatible switchboards. For a list
of suitable switchboards, phone the
Diverse Helpline on
Entering access codes
When you use your telephone on a
switchboard you may need to program
a delay for switching calls through to
external lines. You can set this delay to
be inserted automatically when you dial
the switchboard access number, before
the remainder of the number is dialled.
For example, if your switchboard access
number is 9, when you set your access
delay to 9 the pause before dialling
would happen automatically every time
you dial 9 as a first digit. This allows
your switchboard enough time to
allocate you an outside line.
Access codes can be up to three digits
long (select your codes from any
number between
buttons).
Your Diverse 2010 can store up to three
switchboard access codes.
