Possible cause and remedy
There is a problem with the mains water inlet.
 Check whether the inlet hose is kinked or the tap
is not turned on completely.
The water container has emptied during drink prepa‐
ration, but

If the water container or the milk flask becomes emp‐
ty while a drink is being made, after the water con‐
