Problems with Sound

The sound is not heard
To change the volume
The audio is distorted
Try changing the mute by pressing the Fn+F4 key or the Fn+F6 key.
With the following procedure, check that the Windows sound function is operating.
(If it is not operating, pressing the Fn+F5 key or the Fn+F6 key displays the pop-up
window shown on the left, but there is no sound.)
Click [start] - [Control Panel] - [Performance and Maintenance] - [System] -

Double-click [Sound, video, and game controllers] and check if
