If you add a checkmark, the icon displayed when you
touch the area to begin scrolling, and the icon displayed
while you are scrolling, will change.

If you add a checkmark, the icon will rotate while you
are scrolling.
Touch the area to begin scrolling
If you add a checkmark, scroll the region where the
mouse cursor is located within the active window.
If you remove the checkmark, scroll the selected region
within the active window. In either case, if the mouse
cursor is outside the active window, scroll the selected
region.
You can change the direction in which the screen scrolls
when you trace the touch pad clockwise from the
position where you begin scrolling.
• When checkmark is added: Upwards
• When checkmark is removed: Downwards
