Set Double-Width Character

[Outline]
This command prints its subsequent characters in double width. If a line has a position only
for one character, it will be printed in normal width.
This attribute remains valid until the US command(normal-width mode) or CAN command is
received.
In the P-200 mode, this attribute will be reset to the normal width at the beginning of each
line, every time the line is fed.

print data received after this command are printed as normal-width characters.
