5.3 Array Detector Mounting Instructions

The standard mounting plate for CCDs, FPAs, and diode arrays accommodates detectors
with a slotted flange or mounting holes aligned on a 3.60" bolt circle pattern. There are six
(6) equally spaced #10-32 tapped holes on a 3.60" bolt circle designed to accept #10-32 hex
head screws. See

Mount an Array Detector to the IsoPlane

The array detector mounting plate is mounted to the entrance port of the IsoPlane.
Perform the following procedure to mount an array detector to an IsoPlane
Remove the shipping cover from the mounting plate.
